Concerned about System Performance?

Please complete our Performance Review form for each inverter you have on-site.  The best time to do this is at the last 90 minutes of sunlight, on a sunny day.  Once completed, fax or e-mail this form back to our office (805) 497-6199.  One of our knowledgeable staff members will contact you via e-mail with your results within 72-hours.

Inverter reading error?

  • Check your circuit breakers, labeled solar, to ensure they are all the way on the “ON” position.
  • Check your AC Disconnect to be sure it is in the correct position.
  • Check that your inverter has a green light on during the day.
  • If your inverter has an error code, check your manual for trouble shooting tips. Service may be required, if so – be sure to note the error code so we can bring the right parts to restart your inverter.
